REQUIREMENTS

There are a few requirements for axXis Managed Services.

Prerequisite for Desktop Care:

Hardware:

• Pentium Class machine (PIII, PIV, AMD series)
  
• 512MB RAM and above
  
• 50MB free space in C: drive

Operating System:

Windows 2000 with SP4 (with I.E. 6.0), Windows XP with SP1 and Windows Vista

Prerequisite for Server Care:

Hardware:

• Pentium Class machine (PIII, PIV, AMD series)
  
• 512MB and above
  
• 50MB free space in C: drive
  

Operating System:

Win2000 Server with SP4 (I.E. 6.0), Win2000 Advanced Server with SP4 (I.E. 6.0), Win2003 Standard Server, Win2003 Enterprise Server, Win2000 SBS Server, Win2003 SBS Server with the latest Service pack
