Network Technical Service - Effective April 27, 2007

Standard Technician service pricing is for standard services, including PC repairs printer repairs, client connectivity, service performed on a simple NAT firewall, etc., which is performed by a MapleTronics Field Service Technician. - CALL FOR PRICING

Engineering Network Service - Effective April 27, 2007

Engineering network service pricing is for any service performed by a MapleTronics Field Service Engineer, as well as for services performed by any MapleTronics staff, which includes such services as installation and service for any server, software setup on a server, programmable connectivity device, switches, routers, pix boxes and firewalls. The rate also covers setup of intrusion detection, access-lists, port forwarding, VPN's, and/or any remote connectivity projects including Citrix, Terminal Server, RDP, PC Anywhere, point to point connections, etc. Call us for Standard engineering hourly rates. After-hours rates are 2 x contracted rate; weekend and holiday rates are 2 x contracted rate. - CALL FOR PRICING

Senior Network Service - Effective April 27, 2007

Senior Network Engineer: Responsibilities include design and implementation of a project. The Senior Network Engineer will oversee and/or help implement a project based on the scope of work and the client’s needs. This person will take control of a project from start to finish. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to Netware or Linux server setup, maintenance or repair. - CALL FOR PRICING

24/7 Support Options

MapleTronics Computers, Inc. offers phone or on-site support for hardware and network equipment 24 hours per day - seven days per week. If purchased, the customer will be given a pager number as well as some back-up phone numbers to be used between 5:00pm and 8:00am seven days per week.

24/7 Support Plan Overview:
  1. Annual cost for customers purchasing a service retainer plan: CALL FOR PRICING
  2. Other options are available for 24/7 service. Please contact us for more info.
  3. Service calls will be billed at the normal service rate during regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri).
  4. Phone support and service calls made after hours (5:00pm-8:00am Mon-Fri / Fri 5:00pm-Mon 8:00am) will be billed with a one-hour minimum at double the customer's service rate.
  5. National Holidays are EXCLUDED from this or any other plan purchased from MapleTronics Computers, Inc.
