Classes Offer Hands-on Practice Our classes begin with a brief introduction and then outline the objectives of the class. The instructor then receives feedback from the students as to their expectations of the class to ensure their expectations are met. During the class our instructors make use of a white-board, large computer monitor, and hands-on computer examples. Students work at their own computer workstations throughout the class. The training material contains explanations of tasks including screen illustrations, keystroke movements, step-by-step breakdowns, and exercises in each lesson. The instructor encourages questions throughout the class. Courses are designed to cover nine (9) hours of classroom instruction. Throughout the course students are encouraged to demonstrate a level of proficiency of the course's contents. Students are provided with evaluation forms and asked to evaluate the classroom environment, the course content and the instructor at the end of the course. All evaluations are reviewed and used as a guide to maintain the highest level of software training standards possible. Certificates are given to each student at the completion of the training Personal one-to-one training One of our instructors will work with you, in our facilities or at your location, focusing on teaching what you really need for better job productivity right now. Course content may be customized to best meet the needs of the individual. With one-to-one training, you get the most powerful learning experience available - and maximum results in optimum time.
