Our classes begin with a brief introduction and then outline the objectives of the class. The instructor then receives feedback from the students as to their expectations of the class to ensure their expectations are met. During the class our instructors make use of a white-board, large computer monitor, and hands-on computer examples. Students work at their own computer workstations throughout the class.
The training material contains explanations of tasks including screen illustrations, keystroke movements, step-by-step breakdowns, and exercises in each lesson. The instructor encourages questions throughout the class.
Courses are designed to cover nine (9) hours of classroom instruction. Throughout the course students are encouraged to demonstrate a level of proficiency of the course's contents.
Students are provided with evaluation forms and asked to evaluate the classroom environment, the course content and the instructor at the end of the course. All evaluations are reviewed and used as a guide to maintain the highest level of software training standards possible.
Certificates are given to each student at the completion of the training

One of our instructors will work with you, in our facilities or at your location, focusing on teaching what you really need for better job productivity right now. Course content may be customized to best meet the needs of the individual.

Customized Corporate Classes held for your staff
Corporate Training provides a tailored,
cost effective approach to training your staff. Our staff will work with
you to tailor a class that concentrates on your team's specific needs.
We will ask questions about your specific situation, how you use the software,
and about the individual needs of your departments and users. Then we'll
use this information to design a custom training program, held in our
facility or at your site.
Once the content of the class is decided, we can then generate manuals and other materials necessary for the best training experience possible. We can even arrange for rental PCs and equipment if you need to turn your conference room into a classroom.

Registration Policy
- Payment must be received at time of registration by cash, check or credit card.
- All class fees and rescheduling fees are nonrefundable.
- If a student is registered for a class and unable to attend, the student may reschedule at no extra fee up to one month prior to the class start date. If rescheduling within one month of the class start date, the student will be required to pay an additional 50% of the original class fee at the time of rescheduling.
- "No Shows" forfeit the entire class fee.
- A student may "retake" a class at a 50% discount
Maple Tronics Computers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment has not been met. Students will be notified in advance and asked to reschedule to the next available class time at no additional charge. CLICK HERE FOR REFUND POLICY.
Application Support
MapleTronics Help Desk provides support for many software applications, hardware and networking problems. Students are asked to utilize the Help Desk as their first line of support. If the Help Desk representative can not resolve your problem in a timely manner, then they will forward your request to an instructor or technician. Phone support calls in excess of 10 minutes may be subject to charges.
Discounts
A $10 discount is given on public software class prices to all MapleTronics computer owners. This offer is not applicable with other discount offers or special pricing.
Microsoft Certification Track (MCSA, MCSE or MCDBA) students may receive an additional 10% off class/track fee when their "referral" student registers for a class/track of greater or equal value.
