In a recent effort to increase security MapleTronics has worked closely with the client to find ways to improve policies and settings. Under the advice of our security experts at Mapletronics the company made the decision to increase security by hardening setting in Office 365 which included enabling Advanced Threat Protection as well as Multi Factor Authentication. Mapletronics has also worked with the company to understand and utilize the capabilities of Microsoft Teams for their diverse team. We set them up with training in Teams and assisted them in setup of document sharing as well as best practices for utilizing Teams for video meetings for users located throughout multiple sites and locations.
